LOCATION: Boot Camps are held in at a Private Indoor Studio (128 Nelson Street). There are 2 Change rooms, 2 Washrooms, and lockers available.

Spring Schedule

Monday-Tuesday-Wednesday-Thursday-Friday: 6:30 am – 7:15 am
Monday-Wednesday-Friday: 6:30 pm – 7:15 pm

Monday Workout: Full Body
Tuesday Workout: Legs/Shoulder/Bicep
Wednesday Workout: Push/Pull
Thursday Workout: Full Body
Friday Workout: Posterior Chain and Core
Saturday Workout: BEAST MODE
