I am a weekly contributor to my local TV station as a Fitness and Health Specialist. I am very proud of my work with the segments because I provide my community and audience simple tips, information, and the latest in the Fitness Industry. In this VBlog episode I decided to showcase and share one of my favorite clips to my online community.

In the video below I will give you show you some range of motion exercise to perform before your next Golf Round and stretches to do after.

There you have it folks, some great tips to keep in mind the next time you hit the Links. Have a great week and stay tuned for my next blog where I will share with you my experience during the Ride for Heart 50 Km Bike Race I participated in on the weekend. The conditions were rough as it was windy and raining, however we weathered the storm and ‘got er done’. Until Then,

Driving for Show, Tips on Bombing it off the Tee: Golf Series Part 1

Monday, March 22, 2010 posted by ronmourra 4:56 am

Spring is Officially Sprung and for all you avid golfers out there, you know what that means. It’s time to bring out the sticks and brush up your swing, another golf season is upon us. I decided to have a special guest for this blog and it’s only fitting to bring on a Bruce Rogerson, Head Golf Pro at the Brantford Golf and Country Club. In this episode he helps us hit it harder and longer of the tee!

Those 2 great tips if applied will no doubt help your long game. Excelling at Golf requires a strong foundation, great habits, and continual practice. Buying all the latest clubs, shoes, golf accessories will not guarantee success on the course. The same goes for your Quest to being Lean-Fit-Healthy; you can take all the fat burners, supplements, and try the latest fitness/nutrition fad. However, if you don’t have a solid foundation of nutrition and exercise along with good habits and strategies, you won’t get long lasting results.

Stick to me and I will show you the way!

Make it Happen!

Ron
