The Lean-Fit-Healthy Lifestyle is all about balance and moderation. While it is essential to be accountable to ourselves, every once in a while it is important to ‘Eat, Drink, and Be Merry’. I have several strategies that I use year around which always me to cheat once in a while and over indulge without gaining excess weight.
