What is Up my LFH Peeps!

Hope you all had a great weekend and for those in Canada an extra long weekend! With the summer just around the corner I have decided to try out a new strategy with my LFH clients and Boot Campers. Not a novel approach by any means, but just something that I think will help you stay on track vs sabotage and hinder your progress. That is it, That is all, Simple yet effective Strategy to help you stay on track and hopefully keep you in the Fitness game long enough for it to be a habit. As Artistole once said:

“We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit”

I have never met Aristole before, but he seemed like he was a really really cool dude.
