What is UP my LEAN FIT HEALTHY PEEPS!

Summer is just around the corner and many of us are starting to ramp up our workout routine. Whether you are a newbie, seasoned veteran, or simply getting back at the GYM, dealing with injuries/set backs are a part of the game.

A proper workout routine (with appropriate progressions) will reduce the likelihood for injuries. That being said it happens and in my case I had a peculiar injury that came out of the blue. Check out the video to find out more about the injury and my strategy to work around it and stay on track.

There you have it folks, real world strategies that are practical and easy to implement. I hope by sharing my LFH journey along with my struggles and set backs it can help you in some way, form or fashion if you find yourself in a similar situation. Remember you don’t have to re-invent the wheel. There is no MAGIC formula, no easy ROAD to Fitness SUCCESS.

I truly believe that it all starts with a few concepts that you will go back to time and time again when things get difficult. At the end of the day you have to:

1) MAKE A DECISION
2) MAKE A COMMITMENT
3) MAKE IT HAPPEN
